Rudolf’s is an institution in Madarao!!
Owned and operated by the Morito, Akiko Okada 森戸と岡田晶子 and their son Shoma-san since 2001 this charming Italian inspired yet truly Japanese restaurant is one you can’t miss on your stay in Madarao.
The centrepiece of the kitchen is the woodfired pizza oven. The menu highlight is the Bellissima Pizzas – a combination of homemade dough and local fresh ingredients. We bet you a ski pass you won’t be able to resist a slab of pizza after a big day on the mountain.
The menu has something for everyone including outstanding salads, pastas, rice dishes and other Japanese favorites.
Save some room for dessert because that same pizza oven produces some fantastic cakes and tarts for those of you with a sweet tooth.
