Ski Lodge Accommodation (Previously named Lodge Bergland)
The Yamadasan Ski lodge has 9 rooms in total with the following bedding configurations.
- 2 western-style deluxe double/twin rooms with queen sized beds and 2 single beds with full ensuites including shower.
- 2 western-style deluxe triple rooms with three single beds and full ensuites including shower,
- 2 western-style standard triple rooms with 3 single beds and private toilet and hand basin in each
- 3 western-style standard Quad rooms with 4 single beds and private toilet and hand basin in each.
Our rooms are very large by Japanese standards and can easily accommodate a rollaway bed if needed.
They all have storage and hanging space and every room has Japanese cable TV. All our rooms have single beds, our doubles are two singles put together with pillowtop connector and can be made into twins again depending on guest demand. This same configuration is available in all our rooms.
There is a ski room and luggage storage are available for guests who want to ski before check in or after check out.
All rooms are non-smoking.
The common Japanese-style baths rooms are on the lower floor and specifically for the use of our guests in rooms without private showers. They are separated for men and women and are a part of the Japanese culture they have three separate shower heads in each and a large traditional soaking bath in each. The custom is you first shower and wash then relax in the large bath. Please see the in-room guide for the more information and for our more modest guest we can arrange private usage at specified times.
We have 2 common recreation rooms/areas with couches, TV and DVD players the area on the first floor is specifically for our younger guest and has an Xbox and other old school board games to keep them amused.
